Early Access Terms

Early access notice. Context Assistant is in early access: you can sign up and provision your own workspace directly from the homepage, but there is no billing yet (everything today runs on the free tier) and these terms may still change. They will be replaced by a full public Terms of Service before general availability, and customers will be notified before that change.

1. What early access means

Whether you signed up yourself or we provisioned a workspace for you directly (by email or contract), you're using Context Assistant under this early-access arrangement. Nothing on this site should be read as an automatically-accepted agreement created by using the public marketing pages alone.

2. The service today

Context Assistant embeds an AI assistant into your website or app. It answers grounded in data you connect, and can take actions on your systems — but only after you (or your end users, depending on how you configure it) explicitly confirm a change. See the Security section on the homepage for the specifics of that model.

3. Your data and your customers' data

You control what knowledge sources and tools are connected to your workspace. Conversations your end users have with the assistant are stored so you can review, export, or delete them. We do not sell this data, and we do not use it to train models for other customers.

4. Self-hosting

The core is available to self-host under an open-core license if you'd rather not depend on us running it for you. Self-hosting shifts operational responsibility to you; these terms apply only to the hosted service we operate.

5. Changes

Because this is an early-access period, these terms may change as the product and its public launch take shape. We'll tell early-access customers directly before any change that affects them.
